As an increasingly popular low-cost technology for advanced composites, RTM requires RTM presses specifically designed to meet its process demands.

1. The press machine frame is constructed from Q355B high-strength carbon steel, ensuring superior structural rigidity.
2. All frame welds have a minimum weld depth of 75% of plate thickness, followed by high-temperature annealing to eliminate residual stress and enhance long-term stability.
3. The slide’s guide surfaces use copper-based composite materials for excellent wear resistance and durability.
