800T Plastic Building Formwork Hydraulic Press
The 800-ton hydraulic press for plastic building formwork molding adopts a three-beam, four-column, double-cylinder structure. The new model features a lower ejector cylinder, and through-holes are reserved in the sliding beam and upper mold. It is equipped with a mechanical ejector rod for easy demolding. It is primarily used to mold thermosetting plastics. It features energy saving, high efficiency, low noise, low heat generation, and high control accuracy.
Description
Plastic construction formwork is a new type of formwork, also known as composite, plastic, or modular formwork. It replaces traditional steel, aluminum, and wooden formwork, offering advantages such as energy efficiency, environmental performance, simple manufacturing, and recyclability.
The 800T plastic construction formwork hydraulic press is the ideal processing equipment for manufacturing plastic formwork. It features a three-beam, four-column, multi-cylinder structure, specifically designed for molding construction formwork. Equipped with a PLC and servo-hydraulic system, it offers one-button operation and boasts energy efficiency, low noise, low heat generation, and high control accuracy. The equipment is cost-effective and can produce a range of products by changing the molds.

Molded plastic construction formwork hydraulic presses, depending on the formwork’s specifications and dimensions, typically include 630-ton, 800-ton, 1000-ton, 1200-ton, 1500-ton, and 2000-ton four-column hydraulic presses. The equipment consists of a main machine, molds, and auxiliary equipment and is used for hot press molding. Customers generally purchase two or more units to produce modular construction formwork, often using a three-beam, four-column structure.
Features of the 800T Plastic Building Formwork Hydraulic Press:
1. This composite material molding press adopts a four-column, three-plate open space design. The guide columns are subjected to high-frequency vacuum quenching to enhance tensile strength and wear resistance. The guide bushings use imported, high-precision, oil-impregnated bearings for guidance, ensuring smooth, stable downward movement with repeatability of 0.02 mm. This is generally unattainable with ordinary guide columns and bushings.
2. This hydraulic press uses hydraulic drive, offering reliable safety performance and convenient operation.
3. The hydraulic system uses an advanced cartridge valve or spool valve system for control, with centralized button operation.
4. The pressure, speed, and stroke of the 800T plastic building formwork forming press can be adjusted according to process requirements, and it can perform both compression molding and shaping processes.
5. The sliding table device uses high-precision linear guide rails for guidance, ensuring smooth operation and precise positioning, with a repeatability accuracy of 0.02MM. The sliding table can be driven by either pneumatic or hydraulic power.
6. The mechanical safety part uses a double-axis adjustable mechanical positioning cylinder. This precisely controls the lower-limit position to ensure the thickness of the pressed product, with repeatability of 0.02 mm. An infrared safety device is installed on the operating side, and a complete safety guard door is used on the non-operating side, effectively avoiding safety hazards during operation. It features two-hand synchronous operation and an emergency stop protection device.
7. The control system of the 800T plastic building formwork hydraulic press has two control modes: manual and semi-automatic. The manual mode is convenient for mold installation and calibration. The semi-automatic mode supports two control methods: pressure-holding time and position control, suitable for various pressing processes.
8. The hydraulic system utilizes a multi-channel differential pressure circuit design to achieve low noise and fast action. It reduces energy consumption during standby. The fast-to-slow speed-change device significantly improves work efficiency, while the slow speed ensures precise and effective product forming. The cooling system maintains the oil temperature at normal temperature during continuous operation.
9. The motor uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) as needed.
10. No foundation bolts are required for installation.
11. Maintenance: The hydraulic system, control system, and machine body are independently designed, making maintenance simple, convenient, and fast.

Application of the 800T Plastic Building Formwork Forming Hydraulic Press
This hydraulic press for sheet molding compounding is primarily used for the integral molding of thermosetting and thermoplastic products. It is suitable for the compression molding of bulk materials and sheet materials such as SMC, BMC, DMC, and GMT, and can produce plastic building formwork of various specifications and shapes, including flat formwork, inner and outer corner formwork, and irregularly shaped formwork.
