2000T FRP Cooling Tower Fan Stack Hydraulic Press

The 2000-ton hydraulic press for the FRP cooling tower fan stack features a large work surface and uniform force distribution. Equipped with a servo control system, it achieves high synchronization accuracy between the cylinders. Description

A fiberglass cooling tower fan stack is a ventilation device used in cooling towers, primarily to guide airflow through the cooling tower and promote heat dissipation. It is typically made of fiberglass and resin and is lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant. Its production uses a compression molding process, in which a hydraulic press, in conjunction with a mold, forms the product in a single operation.

1. The hydraulic control adopts an integrated cartridge valve system, ensuring stable operation, long service life, and reduced hydraulic shock, minimizing connecting pipelines and leakage points.
