630T Car Body Panel Press
This machine is a 630T hydraulic press specifically designed and manufactured by PDH for automotive door panel forming. It is primarily used for stretching, pressing, and bending automotive door panels, auto bodies, auto parts, and sheet metal components. It is available in either a four-post or frame configuration. Custom models are also available, including 100-ton, 200-ton, 315-ton, 400-ton, 500-ton, 800-ton, 1000-ton, 2000-ton, and 3000-ton capacities.
Description
Automobile door panels are a type of stamped part. Their production process requires compression and stretching in conjunction with dies. A hydraulic press applies tensile force to the sheet material through the die, generating uneven tensile stress and strain. Consequently, the sheet material gradually expands in contact with the die until it is completely aligned with the die surface.
PDH’s 630T automotive door panel stretching hydraulic press features a three-beam, four-column, four-nut structure, facilitating press preload and precision adjustment. The three main beams (upper crossbeam, slide, and worktable) are welded and annealed Q355B, minimizing deformation and ensuring excellent precision retention. The columns are made of 45 steel with a hard chrome plating. The slide is guided up and down by the four columns. The guide bushings in the four columns are oil-free, lubricated bearings, which improve friction, reduce frictional resistance, and prevent scratches and strain on the columns.

Features of the 630T Car Body Panel Press
1. Computer-optimized structural design, available in four-column and frame types. The four-column structure is simple, economical, and practical. The frame structure offers superior rigidity, high precision, and strong resistance to off-center loads.
2. The hydraulic control utilizes an integrated cartridge valve system, resulting in low impact, reliable operation, long service life, and minimal leakage.
3. The movable crossbeam features two-stage speed control: high speed for no-load drawing and slow speed for die-drawing. The movable crossbeam has upper and lower limit protections and an adjustable stroke.
4. The operating pressure and stroke can be adjusted to meet process standards within the specified range, ensuring easy operation.
5. It can perform both constant pressure and constant stroke forming processes, with an adjustable pressure hold delay function.
6. The PLC-controlled electrical system offers a compact structure, flexible operation, and reliable operation.
7. The main rod utilizes a four-nut structure, which improves preload performance and maintains long-term precision stability.
8. The main hydraulic seals are from renowned brands, providing reliable sealing performance. 9. The increased filling tank volume ensures rapid filling, reduces pressurization time, increases heat dissipation area, and reduces oil temperature.
10. The hydraulic system can be mounted on top, minimizing footprint, providing a spacious workspace, and simplifying operation.

Advantages of PDH’s Hydraulic Car Panel Press
- High Force Output: Our 630T hydraulic press delivers sufficient force to meet the intense pressure required during the stretching process. This allows it to effectively stretch and shape sheet metal to the desired shape and size when stretching automotive sheet metal parts.
- Stability and Uniformity: Our hydraulic panel press offers high stability and even force distribution. During the stretching process, the press maintains stable and uniform force output, preventing deformation or unevenness in the sheet metal and ensuring product quality.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: PDH’s automotive body panel press can accommodate sheet metal parts of varying sizes and shapes, achieving different stretching shapes through die changes. This makes the press highly adaptable and flexible in automotive sheet metal processing, meeting the production needs of various vehicle models and styles.
- Improved Production Efficiency: The 630T car panel press boasts high efficiency and production capacity, enabling rapid completion of the stretching process and improving production efficiency. It can handle large-scale sheet metal production tasks, reducing the need for manual operation and lowering production costs.
