Upsetting

800–1500 ton free forging press for pre-upsetting to eliminate unevenness on the aluminum bar end face and increase contact area.

Pre-forging

6000–10000 ton CNC forging hydraulic press, multi-station continuous forging 2–3 times.

Precision Forging and Shaping

2500–3600kN ring rolling forging machine, localized continuous pressure, high-precision dimensional forming.

Trimming and Punching

Dedicated trimming hydraulic press for punching center holes and trimming flash to obtain near-net-shape forging billets.

High-Power Spinning Machine

Spinning and stretching the forged billet rim to achieve high precision and lightweighting.

T6 Heat Treatment

Eliminating internal stress, stabilizing dimensions, and significantly improving strength and toughness.

Finishing + Surface Treatment

Precision machining on a CNC lathe.
