Description
A dish end hydraulic press is a machine specifically designed for cold or hot pressing metal heads. It is widely used in industries such as the manufacture of pressure vessels, boilers, chemical storage tanks, and food and pharmaceutical containers. Using a high-tonnage hydraulic system, the machine applies uniform pressure to metal sheets, capable of forming various shapes, including elliptical, spherical, and disc-shaped heads, in a single operation, with high forming precision and excellent surface finish.

Technical Features of the Dish End Hydraulic Press:
- Floating edge clamping technology improves head forming quality.
- Equipped with internal and external ejector cylinders. The internal ejector cylinder is located at the center of the bottom beam and automatically rotates after ejection.
- Quick-change mechanism for drawing dies. This allows for rapid switching between different head-forming dies.
- Quick-change mechanism for edge clamping dies. This allows for rapid switching between different edge clamping rings.
- Automatic head loading, positioning, lubrication, and discharge mechanisms enable automated loading and unloading.
